Project Management

The Merchelles team is well versed in the comprehensive organisation and management of engineering projects. This includes coordinating inter-relationships of all life-cycle components, including the planning, design, manufacturing, construction, operation, maintenance, and re-purposing/decommissioning.

At Merchelles, we are able to assist in the scope definition, project execution strategies, change management system implementation, staged development and financial management. We are confident in our ability, and cognisant of how to achieve our clients’ objectives by linking strategic, programme and project goals.

In carrying out project management services, Merchelles is proficient in utilising the National Treasury’s Framework for Infrastructure Delivery and Procurement Management (FIDPM). Alternatively, we follow international best practice and make use of PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge). The system or process of choice depends on identifying the best fit for client requirements.
