Scope of work: Merchelles Collective was a sub-consultant of Gibb Bigen Nyeleti Joint Venture. Our scope included pre-construction baseline monitoring to determine the pre-construction state, which will serve as a reference for measuring later impacts—assessing the impact of pipeline construction (and associated construction) on the existing road infrastructure by evaluating deviations from baseline conditions and the significance of such adverse effects. In addition, identifying mitigating measures for implementation during construction.
