The shareholders of Merchelles Collective are a group of highly driven individuals previously employed by reputable multi-national firms. We share a common vision to transform the engineering industry through transparent ownership and leadership, our mutual understanding of Ubuntu, and the recognition of all employee achievements and value within our organisation.

Our key objective is to attract, mentor and train promising young black engineers, technologists and technicians, particularly females. We aim to enable professional registration and groom young talent into future leaders in their fields.

A majority black-owned company, Merchelles is proudly a B-BBEE Level one consultancy. We intend to move forward focusing largely on attracting, developing and retaining black females, wherever possible, with well-developed rare skills and provable track records, as well as young women with carefully assessed potential to engage passionately in reaching their full potential in the profession. Coaching, mentorship and other developmental opportunities will always be fairly and transparently made available to all who join the Merchelles team.
